Mule is Imp-Like creature who  Pilot His own model robot called Mosco to act as a God of Destruction of Universe 3.He is Guided  By His attendant and martial art teacher Compare


Mule is operating inside an old large pale-green robot named Mosco, with a singular golden eye that also wears the same colored God of Destruction attire. Mosco has a round hatch on its stomach that allows Mule to enter and exit from, as well as small oval window that he can look out from.

When Team Universe 3 defeated, Moscow was erased alongside the rest of Universe 3, Mule said goodbye to Campari and appreciated him for his support, before being erased with the rest of his team.


So the  question is the origins of Mule and why was a God of Destruction inside a robot?
And Why was Campari was so shocked when he came out in the end?

Universe 3 was debuted for the  first time, and we get this very cool transformer like planet.  Universe where at its core is heavy reliant on technology. All of their warriors they assembled were modified either expanding their body or being entirely robot in nature. They showed that they could indeed come together like Voltron to form a powerhouse of a Robot like Koichirator and take it to another level with Aniraza.

Mule is a god whose intelligence surpasses that of mankind, and within his robot Mosco, he uses beep sounds for communication.

 As Mosco, he usually appears very silent within his suit, having no verbal dialogue with any of the other characters he interacts with. However, when he does communicate from his suit, he beeps in 8-bit tones with his robot's robotic eye flashing brightly.

 For the most part, he relies on his Angel attendant Campari to translate what he was saying, as seen in his brief conversations with his Supreme Kai Ea and the modified warriors for his Universe's team in the Tournament of Power.


He doesn't seem to hold a grudge against Universe 7 like a lot of its counterparts do, even asking why Beerus was not invited to the Gods of Destruction summit preceding the Tournament of Power, just like his twin Universe's Supreme Kai asked why Khai hasn't invited Shin. This doesn't apply in the manga though where it hates Beerus like all other Gods of Destruction due to the All Universe Hide and Seek Tournament incident and chooses to gang up on him during the Zen Exhibition Match. Also, like its Supreme Kai counterpart in the anime, Mosco shows the most outrage at Zeno's declaration of the Tournament of Power where the robot complains that they don't have enough time to gather enough fighters for the tournament.

 Like most other Gods of Destruction, Mule has a low tolerance of failure as he is noticeably upset at Katopesla when he seemingly tripped off the stage.

Biography

In the manga, at some point in time, Mule (as Mosco) participated in the All Universe Hide and Seek Tournament held by Zeno. But when Beerus hid and fell asleep for fifty years during the tournament, it had to be cancelled. He and the gods had to calm Zeno down who was furious. Since then, Mule and the other Gods of Destruction have felt disdain towards Beerus.

This wouldn’t be achieved without a Scientist like Dr. Papporoni who was in command of these robots and Moscow was in communication with him organizing orders for him to fulfill. Dr. Papparoni isn’t a robot but a scientist and proud of his most magnificent creations except like most scientist they need to be one with their work and why in the end endangered his life to fuse into Aniraza to protect Universe 3.
I think something that is key here is Dr. Papparoni’s role in all this not to mention Koichirator resembles just like Mosco. So when you consider this in the future, if Mule were to step down for a suitable replacement that would be the scientist like Dr. Papparoni as God of Destruction.


I Don't know for sure that how long Mule was inside Mosco or how he be a God of Universe 3.  Except for where he exposed himself in his final moments and revealed from Campari at the end was very useful and it appeared as if this was the very first time he is seeing Mule. So it is possible that long ago Mule was indeed the best scientist of Universe 3 and with his knowledge and expertise modified the perfect robot and named it Mosco and decided live out the remaining of his life inside this Robot.


So Mule was scouted just similar to anyone else for the status and became the Destroyer of Universe 3 having in his possession the ultimate power of Universe 3 in the robot Mosco.

I clears everything the first time that the Campari met Mule he was already inside this powerful robot Mosco.

So Mule has scouted just similar to anyone else for the status and became the Destroyer of Universe 3 having in his possession the ultimate power of Universe 3 in the robot Mosco.

Which to me clears everything the first time that the Campari met Mule he was already inside this powerful robot Mosco.


so after compari to all Mule think he is an Angel,But no Mule is not an angel he have a robot Mosco which he control.Mule is only a member of God of Destruction.

As with all Gods of Destruction, Mosco is incredibly powerful, only potentially being surpassed in his Universe by his angel/attendant Campari.

Life link-  Mule and Ea's lives are linked to one another, so if one of them died, the other would die as well (in a manner similar to Piccolo and Kami) in order to prevent an imbalance between the natural forces of creation and destruction which Mule and Ea represented.

Genius inttellect- Mule possess genius intellect that surpasses mankind, with it he was long ago able to build a robot named "Mosco" who possess power on the level of a God of Destruction.

Destruction- As the God of Destruction, Mule possesses the ability to destroy anything, which included Gods and ghosts.

Eye Laser-  Mosco can shoot energy beams from it's eye.

Telepathy- Mosco can communicate through Paparoni's cane to instruct Team Universe 3 to attack Team Universe 7 during the Tournament of Power.
