Hey guys. Dragon Ball Super’s latest episode left us on a very big cliffhanger. Fans are curious whether Vegeta Challenge to jiren for his own Pride in the next episode. However, it’s not what I am here to discuss but I am here to question the choice of Akira Toriyama. The choice being why Toriyama didn’t take Majin Buu in Tournament of Power. As we know that originally, Majin Buu was going to take part in the Tournament Of Power.

Majin Buu was one of the 10 warriors representing Universe 7. Buu had even trained for the tournament. However, Majin Buu went to sleep for 6 months and then he was replaced by Frieza. The big question is why? Why didn’t Akira Toriyama let Majin Buu take part in the Tournament of Power?

The answer is his powers. Majin Buu has extendable body parts, which would allow him to grab any one of Universe 7 member falling off the arena. With the ability to turn anyone into chocolate, he would give Universe 7 an advantage.

He can split himself into many copies and have them go after everyone at once and thus would also allow his allies to escape from a tricky situation. Buu is capable of generating his body and it doesn’t matter how much damage he takes. The strongest of opponents can try attacking him and Majin Buu would just regenerate. Majin Buu can’t be killed and can instantly regenerate. The only way to beat him is to totally destroy every last shred of him but that will kill him.

As we know that killing is not allowed in the tournament of Power and the opponent or the person who ends up killing him will get disqualified. Thus, they would be erased on the spot by Zeno sama, according to the rules. Buu can also absorb his opponents and he can also absorb their powers. Don’t forget the healing powers, he can heal too.

So here are some Questions is Majin Buu is in Tournament is Good or Not.

Yes

Frieza is stronger than Buu. He is completely ruthless, strong and one of the fearless warrior the Dragon Ball Z ever had. He completely outwitted all the Saiyans to become the supreme warrior of the Universe 7 and the whole Universe is under his belt till our hero Super Saiyan Goku arrives. I think Dragon Ball super creators know the value of Frieza, So they resurrected him and the episode is a super duper hit.

Believing Freiza is completely foolish. Goku always experiences by believing others and later being betrayed by them. Freiza always wanted to destroy Son Goku to become the supreme warrior of the Universe. In the last episode, Frieza attacks with the God of Destruction Sidras energy.

So, I think Buu is more dependable and is more trustworthy when compared to Frieza

2- Reason

To think about it the choice between Frieza and Majin Buu is a difficult one.

However, if we speak according to the power level I'd pretty much say Frieza wins HANDS DOWN!!! The reason you ask….well lemme show you this

This is the Golden Form of Frieza which rivalled the Super Saiyan Stages of Goku and Vegeta. The thing to be noted here is that this stage of Frieza was achieved only after some months or maybe days (I'm not exactly able to remember) of training. Considering he may be still training in hell due to the anguish of having once again being defeated by Goku and his Comrades a new form may be right around the corner.

Plus I also do think that he will add up a considerable amount of power to Goku's team considering it's made up of characters he had killed off easily ie Krillin, Piccolo.

The one and only downside of this may be the behaviour or the approach Frieza might have towards Goku and his team since it has been known that Frieza is an arrogant and a spoiled brat. All that being said I'm pretty happy that Frieza will be joining the team in place of Buu.

Some of you might think of some other character like Cell join but due to the recent newest form of Frieza he'd win this contest of selection

Also not to forget he's Akira Toriyama's favourite villain as well. So talk about influence:p

Yes. He can absorb every fighter that isn't part of his team and then jumps off the arena, automatically making universe 7 the winner.

If he's having trouble with stronger opponents like Jiren, he could even absorb every member of universe 7 except Krillin to defeat them and jump off, making Krillin the last man standing.


So that the Conclusion is that Majin Buu is not in Tournament of power is a Good Idea Because Majin has Destroying Power he can kill the Warriors in Tournament of Power to win Tournament. if he did this than Zeno erase Majin Buu From the Tournament & Universe 7 lose his one warrior Entirely.
